Below are the most important questions and answers regarding our Reverse Vending Machine manufactured in China. This FAQ applies to both Model 4 and Model 5.

Technical Data & Machine Specifications

1. What is the screen size?
17~27-inch screen.We can accept customization.It depends on the customer's machine customization dimensions.
2. Crusher — what is the flattening pressure and shrinking level?
The bottle will shrink **to less than 1/3** of its original size.
3. What is the container capacity for 600 bottles? What bottle size was used for testing? What is the total weight?
• 500 ml bottles used for testing.
• For Model 4 and Model 5: 600 bottles ≈ **25 kg** (measured value).
4. How is crusher protection handled if it gets stuck?
We have a powerful backend system. Notifications can be sent by:
• Email (free, default)
• Mobile APP
• SMS (requires third-party SMS service; you provide the API, we integrate for free)
Is this notification service an extra fee?
• Email = free
• SMS = depends on your local SMS provider
• We integrate SMS API at no cost
5. What types of containers are accepted? How can RVM recycle them?
Under normal circumstances: Plastic bottles and aluminum cans. We perform basic identification using weight, image, and barcode. Additional options include metal identification, diameter identification, and length identification. These methods offer greater accuracy (but may increase the rejection rate). Furthermore, metal or barcode identification can be used to classify plastic bottles and aluminum cans. Barcode identification is recommended.
6. Annular barcode reader? How to upload a barcode whitelist database
Yes, 4 barcode readers in a ring structure.
Currently, a whitelist of barcodes for bottles can be uploaded via a cloud system. Once uploaded successfully, all RVMs will receive the new whitelist, and the RVM will only accept the whitelisted barcode database.
Additionally: If you do not have a barcode database, you can ignore barcode comparison and accept all barcodes.

8. Storage box size?
85 cm × 85 cm × 90 cm. It depends on the customized model.
9. Front-door anti-clamping protection?
Yes, anti-clamping safety protection is included.Preventing fingers and hand from being pinched
10. Does the RVM use image recognition?
Yes, the system identifies whether the bottle can be recycled.
11. Weight identification?
Yes, incorrect weight is automatically rejected.

Login System & QR/Barcode

12. What login methods does the RVM support?
Two methods:
1. Enter phone number
2. Scan QR-code

If you don't need QR-code, you may disable it.
Is barcode login supported?
Yes. The QR-code reader can also read barcodes.
Do you charge for Backend system?
No. Backend system is free but use our public server in HongKong.

Language Options

13. Can prompts and voice instructions be changed to a customer-specified language?
Yes. Default: one language.
If you need multiple languages, we can develop them for you. But its need extra fee .
Can we use Polish, English, and Ukrainian? Is there an extra fee?
Yes, you can use these languages. Changing language is free ,If you want to display two languages ​​simultaneously, it depends on your order volume. Currently, it cannot be supported with only a few RVM servers two language ,unless additional development costs are incurred..

Size, Bags, Stickers

14. Machine size and weight?
mostly is 100 × 100 × 195 cm, 220~280 kg. It depends on the customized model.
16. Do you provide sticker replacement and free logo design?
Yes, free design. Please provide your logo, colors, and elements.
We will create a 3D model preview.
17. Maximum bottle size supported?
Up to ≤ 2.5 L.
18. Do you provide plastic bags for crushed packaging storage?
Yes, we provide large durable bags.

Receipts & QR Code

19. Do you design the paper receipt layout?
Yes.We will provide a template for printing invoice content. Please contact Manager Chu for more information.
20. Does it have LTE/4G/5G connectivity?
Yes. We use 4G and WiFi. 5G optional. The price will be higher. Currently, 4G and LAN are sufficient.
21. Does the machine's sterilization section contain ultraviolet lamps?
22. Yes, we use ozone and UV sterilization to prevent bacteria from growing in the recycling bins.
